Michael David Irving Gass

Sir Michael David Irving Gass, KCMG (Chinese: 祈濟時, 1916 - 1983) was the Colonial Secretary of Hong Kong from 1965 - 1969.

He married Elizabeth Periam Fuller Acland Hood in 1975.
