Michael Corcoran (born December 28, 1987 in Coalisland, Northern Ireland) is a professional footballer who is currently playing for Rushden & Diamonds. He had previously played for Cardiff City from whom he was released in May 2007. He had spent the latter part of the 2006-07 season on loan at Oxford United, and he signed for them permanently shortly after leaving Cardiff. In January 2008, it was announced that Corcoran had been transfer listed and could talk to other clubs. This was a controversial move considering many fans rated Michael very highly. He moved to Rushden and Diamonds on February 1, 2008 until the end of the season after being released by Oxford.[1]

Michael is a former Northern Ireland Under-16 international.
