Michael Andrew Bohatch (born April 25, 1967 in Louisville, Kentucky) is an American illustrator and the primary creator and owner of Eyes of Chaos and EOC's Nightmare Kinetics, two graphics companies. Mike is considered one of the industries primary visual leaders in the "Dark Art" movement, which is largely rooted in the horror genre.

Bohatch's interest in the graphic arts led him to seek training in various media in college. He quickly developed a knack for digital media, post production, collage and several kinds of traditional arts. A life long passion in the horror genre fueled his interest in focusing on creative services. By age 30, he was creating professional illustrations for record labels, book publishers and film-makers.

Bohatch's work can be found in numerous publications and CD packages worldwide. Recognized in the industry for his work in the horror / fantasy genre, Mike has also created images for film, publishers, comics, video, music, advertising, web design and book covers for horror's greatest authors.

Bohatch is a regular contributor to several national publications. He has been featured in over 300 magazines such as: X-Files, "EFX", "Savage", "Computer Graphics", "Virus", "Nocturne", "Pit Magazine", "Airbrush Artist", "Cthulusex", '"Black October", "Third Alternative", and many others.

He cites his main inspirations as the sounds of David Bowie, Gary Numan, NIN, Charlie Clouser, the films of directors David Lynch, Stanley Kubrick, David Cronenberg, Wes Craven, Tony Scott, John Carpenter and Oliver Stone and the editing style of Kyle Cooper & Floria Sigismondi.

He resides with his family in Colorado Springs, Colorado and is currently making headway in the horror film industry as a main title designer, concept artist, director and visualist.

His film service company EOC's Nightmare Kinetics is one of the first service providers focused exclusively on "main title sequences", "trailers" and "horrific impact editing" for the horror industry.

In 2007, Eyes of Chaos presented their 3rd book release titled "Madness on Parade", covering an extensive retrospective of the last 10 years of art & illustrative work produced under their design totaling in at 304 pages.
