Michael A. Jackson (born March 29, 1964) is the current Sheriff of Prince George's County, Maryland. Jackson, a Democrat, is in his second term, having served as Sheriff since 2002.

- From 1982 to 1985, he served in the United States Marine Corps reserves.
- In 1986, he received his B.S. in electronic engineering technology from the DeVry Institute of Technology.[1]
- Jackson was the Fraternal Order of Police 112/DSA union president prior to his election as Sheriff. As of 2007, Jackson is also the President of the Maryland Sheriff's Association.[2]
- Jackson is married, and has one child.[1]
