Michał Ruciak (born August 22, 1983 in Świnoujście, Poland) is a Polish volleyball player. He is playing in Mlekpol AZS Olsztyn.

He began to play with Maraton Świnoujście, volleyball club. After that, he went to better Morze Szczecin, which was the highest volleyball club in this region. His next club was Skra Bełchatów. Now he is playing in Mlekpol AZS Olsztyn. He plays as a defensive specialist.
