[edit] February 2008

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Splendid China (Florida). Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. Momusufan (talk) 21:41, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

This is the only warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
If you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did to User talk:Momusufan, you will be blocked from editing. Momusufan (talk) 21:50, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

I haven't vandalized anything. It is *you* who are blanking your talk page, which is a violation of Wikipedia policy. Miamiboyzinhere (talk) 21:51, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
No, it is you. I am allowed to modify my talk page and I am not blanking it. If you don't want to reason with me, then you deserve to be blocked. Momusufan (talk) 21:53, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
I am reasoning with you. You need to read my explanation and leave it on the talk page long enough so others can give their opinions. Miamiboyzinhere (talk) 21:54, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

I don't have to listen to a vandal like you, and I am ordering you to stop editing my talk page right now. If you do not, you will be blocked from editing. Momusufan (talk) 21:56, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
I'm not a vandal. I correct articles and can provide sources to my edits. You cannot "demand" someone not to comment on your talk page. That is not how Wikipedia works. Miamiboyzinhere (talk) 21:57, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

You know what, why don't you stop your childesh behavior and stop this crap. Stop being a pain in the ass with me. I'm trying to be civil with you but you don't want to listen to what is being said to you. Momusufan (talk) 21:59, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

It appears you're the one that's being childesh (sic) 'childish'. I put my point of view on your talk page. You erased it like a little baby, instead of commenting as an adult. Miamiboyzinhere (talk) 22:02, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 2 weeks in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for Disruption. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below.

GBT/C 22:06, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

Your one week block for disruption does not appear to have changed your attitude. Perhaps a two week block may give you more time to think about things. GBT/C 22:06, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.

Request reason: "I did not vandalize anything. I explained my reason for editing on User:Momusufan's talk page and he erased it without commenting or allowing anyone else to comment. It is he that should be blocked for wiping his talk page. Doesn't Wikipedia have a policy against users wiping their talk pages? Please review and it is very apparent that I never vandalized anything."

Decline reason: "You were just blocked recently for a week for disruption, and here we are again. First, you violated WP:3RR by constantly reverting somebody else's talk page (by the way, users are exempt from 3RR in their own userspace). Also, users are allowed to remove almost everything from their own talk pages (one exception is declined unblock notices, so please don't remove this one until you are no longer blocked). Please sit the block out, and when it expires, do not continue this disruption, or else you could be blocked for even longer periods. — Rjd0060 (talk) 22:17, 29 February 2008 (UTC)"

Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.

I welcome another admin's review. Wikipedia does not have a policy against users wiping their talk pages. Archiving is preferred, but a user may delete comments from their talk pages if they wish. It is also polite, if a user asks you to not edit their talk page, to refrain from doing so. GBT/C 22:13, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
With respect to the unblock: I think the incivility evidenced here is reason enough to sustain the block, and that's outside the edit war at the other user's talk page. —C.Fred (talk) 22:21, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
Also, the fact that you are using other accounts to evade your block doesn't help things. - Rjd0060 (talk) 22:28, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
Perhaps during your two week block, you could take some time to review some Wikipedia policies and guidelines, such as Wikipedia:User page. I want you to focus on the sentance "Policy does not prohibit users from removing comments from their own talk pages,". Its a good, well crafted sentance, and I think it bears some emphasis given your recent block was largely for attempting to edit war with another user over this disposition of their talk page. Another relevent page is perhaps Wikipedia:Don't restore removed comments, which, while marked as an essay, is linked from several other policy and guideline pages, and bears some weight in this matter. --Jayron32.talk.contribs 00:56, 1 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] I see that User:Momusufan vandalized my talk page by removing my unblock request.

How is this allowed? Why hasn't he been blocked? Miamiboyzinhere (talk) 22:14, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

Don't worry, I've restored it and left him a note. - Rjd0060 (talk) 22:14, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] ANI discussion started regarding your behavior

You should be aware that you are the subject of a WP:ANI discussion. Though you are blocked, you may still find it an enlightening read. --Jayron32.talk.contribs 02:04, 1 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Block extended to indefinite

I have extended your block indefinitely because of your continued use of anonymous IP addresses and sockpuppets to dodge the 2-week block. Since you refuse to abide by the terms of the 2-week block, it has been extended indefinately. Good day. --Jayron32.talk.contribs 06:42, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
