Mian Muhammad Zulqarnain Aamir is an engineer,^[1] administrator^[2] and researcher^[3]^[4]^[5] Mian Muhammad Zulqarnain Aamir, was born at Toba Tek Singh, in an Arain agriculturist family. He also served in the army before joining the civil service.

He is now doing research on ethnic diversities in Punjab.
