Miamisburg Turkey Trot

The Miamisburg ORRRC Turkey Trot is an annual 8K race located in Miamisburg, Ohio.

The race takes place through the center and outskirts of Downtown Miamisburg. During the Turkey Trot there are two races, one race is the 8K race where a participant will run 5 miles starting from the Baum Opera House, through a selected path and back. The other is an untimed 1 mile walk that is set up during the 8K race. The annual Turkey Trot attracts thousands of runners from all over the United States.

- The Turkey Trot began in 1978
- Every year there is a costume contest. If desired, the runner may wear their costume during the race.
