Międzybórz [mjɛnˈd͡zɨbuʂ], also known as Międzybórz Sycowski, German: Neumittelwalde, is a town in Oleśnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Międzybórz. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. (For more information on the history of the region, see Silesia.)
It lies approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) north-east of Oleśnica, and 54 kilometres (34 mi) north-east of the regional capital Wrocław.
As at 2006, the town has a population of 2,356.
