[edit] March 2008
Hi, the recent edit you made to Proximity effect (electron beam lithography) has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. —TreasuryTag—t—c 10:32, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Electron Beam Lithography article
Hi, I read your comments and suggestions and agree with pretty much all of them, although for the resist discussion, I think that will add a lot of material which may or may not distract from the article. I will begin some of the edits toward your suggestions. Let me know what you think.Guiding light (talk) 05:08, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
