Matthew Gream (1972 - present) is trained in Engineering (UTS), Art History (Cambridge) and Intellectual Property Law (London) and is a member of the IET and IEEE. He was once a leading microcomputer software designer and a Michael Daley recipient. Born and bred in Australia, he now lives in, and works near, Paddington London with his wine-maker wife and children. He enjoys culinary pursuits more than anything else.
