MGI, born Henri Lanz, is a 23-year-old Finnish record producer.

He started composing and writing songs in 1999 and during these years MGI's been producing for many top artists in Scandinavia, Europe, including some hit singles like "Trilogia - Hei!, Cheek - Sun Täytyy feat. Sami Saari" and the list goes on. Not to forget that he's produced almost every song on three of Sony-BMG recording artist Cheek's albums. He's also part of a Finnish hip hop group called A04, also know as Area04.
In the United States market MGI has already worked with some heavyweigth rappers like Ghostface Killah, Solomon Childs, Inspectah Deck & Killarmy (Wu-Tang), J. R. Writer, 40 Cal. and A-Mafia (The Diplomats).
Since the year 2006 MGI's been working in both New York and Finland. This year 2007 he produced 40 Cal.'s single "Go" together with another Finnish producer Sakke Aalto. MGI also made one track for the most popular Finnish rapper Elastinen's album "E.L.A.". MGI is currently working on several different pop, R&B & hip hop -projects.
In the year 2008 MGI's doing he's real breakthrough producing for example 50 Cent's & G-Unit's song "Im On It Like That".
