Looks like someone tried to smear you - I can't find any source to support the allegation, which was added by an anonymous editor. I've removed it.

For future reference, complaints/comments about the article should be added to the talk page, which can be accessed on every page by clicking 'talk' on the top, rather than the article itself. --Malthusian (talk) 13:25, 8 February 2006 (UTC)

I don't know if you're allowed to edit your article, but the bias must have been so great.
Thank you for correcting me on the dates of your children.
You might not remember me, but I was taught by your daughter in 1999.
And you came to our school to talk about newspapers and the editorial policy of the Age.
I still read the Age.
I have always been moved by your positive and humane coverage of Jews. I know you are a Jew yourself (what sort? Do you still practice?) and that is possibly why.
So I don't think what was in the article was true.
