My name is Miguel GarcĂa-Valdecasas, I am currently at the University of Oxford, where I am doing research with a postdoctoral scholarship from the Spanish Government. I have a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Navarra (Spain). I did part of my PhD in the University of Cologne (Germany), where I still keep contact with some good friends. My philosophical interests are Philosophy of mind and Wittgenstein. I like books, blogging and playing football.

[edit] Attitudes

I believe that articles should contain the necessary information and avoid too much specialisation. Users should also ensure that their additions leave the page well-organised and that the article is not overdone. My impression is that, among very good pages, there are others far too long and unduly specialised. Some people think that this is better than the opposite, but one should try to strike a balance.

Apart from that, I like to see that articles are the result of many people's work. That is what is great of Wikipedia.
