This is not from the YouTube video. The clarity makes it pretty clear that it's not from anything on YouTube. It's possible that it's from the original video before it was uploaded, but I doubt it. The AP credits it as (AP Photo/Independent Florida Alligator, Andrew Stanfill) ([1]).

So I would request proper attribution and a proper fair use tag. I'd do it myself, but I don't want to be accused of uploading a non-free image, should that issue be raised. superlusertc 2007 September 21, 00:07 (UTC)
