Okay heres the Deal theres a dispute between two versions of the same photo an i'm sick of the hoopla so heres what we do i want a show of hands who likes what photo better put ye or ney review both one is enhanced and the other is the pale original you decide

This image is currently being used under the fair use principle (see Wikipedia:Non-free content for Wikipedia policy on the matter). Now, whether your enhancement is more attractive is irrelevant, as we're not using enhancements, but the original copyrighted material. Additionally, alterations of the copyrighted material are derivative works and thus won't exactly allow us to freely use the content anyway. – mcy1008 (talk) 04:58, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
