Sorry to see you go! You seemed like a sensible contributor.--Light current 19:53, 18 March 2006 (UTC)
- I was very sorry to see this statement on your user page. You have been one of the main contributors to lots of the pages that I have been looking at lately concerning optical systems. I certainly hope that the silly dispute that I triggered by changing W(z) to w(z) in the article gaussian beam was not the cause that triggered your decision. If so I appologize. I'm quite new to Wikipedia, and should have checked the history of the page and the talk page before I did the change. I was not aware of dispute before I made my change, and I certainly would not have made it, had I known. --Pmg 21:00, 18 March 2006 (UTC)
I agree with Pmg, please come back soon!--Light current 21:48, 18 March 2006 (UTC)
We dOnt know your reasons for wanting to leave. If you told us, perhaps we could reassure you!--Light current 22:06, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
- I appreciate your concerns, and your good intentions. I have many reasons for wanting to leave WP. Rest assured, the reasons have nothing to do with you or anything that you have or have not done. Unfortunately, I really do not want to change my mind. So, thanks for your help, and best of luck to you. -- Metacomet 22:11, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
OK. I wish you well and hope that at some time in the future, you will return!--Light current 22:13, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
