Metzae has been the online persona of Eric P. Metze (born March 20, 1978) since sometime before the year 2000. Eric is a web designer, music composer, and digital blacksmith from Lubbock, Texas, USA. The spelling of Metzae is a combination of the name Metze and the word meta. The word Metzae did not really exist before he started using it, and has since become the permanent pseudonym used by Eric P. Metze. It is almost always the same person and should generally be considered as such.

Metzae can be found on AIM, Skype, Second Life (as Metzae Singh), and many other places.
