Statement by Metta Bubble (intended for original ARBCOM case regarding Rgulerdem)

If this was the 1st time I would say RFC would be enough. However, this is the 5th major edit dispute Rgulerdem's been involved in since joining Wikipedia in January.

The case against Rgulerdem includes: Wikipedia:Harassment of editors/admins, Wikipedia:Ownership of censorship and decency related pages, WP:POINT violations, and recurring WP:3RR violations, as well as recurring Wikipedia:Sockpuppet violations. His actions are consuming vast resources from users and administrators on an ongoing basis. The diffs below show that since he joined Wikipedia in January he has harassed, reverted and taken ownership in all spaces (he has had 12 blocks in 2 months). He is now beginning to post false admin notices and post messages impersonating registered users. A poll was started under WP:DR to resolve conflicts centering around Rgulerdem because discussion failed. He manipulated the poll to confuse users. And he continued to do so after multiple admin warnings and while blocked. His escalating poor behaviour is unaffected by all remedies thus far (discussion, WP:DR, polls, admin warnings, blocks).

His edit count is:

  • Second highest project space contribution (2 false notices on WP:AN/3RR)
    • [36] 2006/03/20 and 2006/03/21
  • Third highest project space contribution (2 false notices on WP:AN)
    • [37] 2006/03/20 and 2006/03/21

My own involvement was as an editor on the Wikiethics policy from the beginning.

I see Rgulerdem's behaviour as a recurring pattern that should be dealt with as a whole. He was notified several times that users considered the poll to be a WP:DR poll because he refused all attempts at discussion and comprimise.
