Below I have stated my standards for voting in Requests for adminship.

  2. At least 350 Wikipedia space edits
  3. At least 350 combined talk, user talk, and Wikipedia talk edits
  4. 3 months of experience
  5. No block history (except if blocked in error)
  6. No post-first-day vandalism (newbies often make mistakes)
  7. No edit warring
  8. Acting civil at all times
  9. Decent spelling/grammar
  10. 85% major and 85% minor article edit summary usage

Bonuses

To outweigh the negatives

Negatives

Any of these could earn a neutral if not outweighted by bonuses

  1. Not a member of at least one WikiProject
  2. Limited range of articles edited
  3. Poor answers to RfA questions
  4. Does not understand what an admin really does
  5. Controversial userpage
