[edit] Philippines should use the canadian version of their ETCS.

It maybe more expensive to upgrade our electronic tolling system (E Pass, E Tag), but it is a perfect solution to reduce the traffic along the 2 super highways in Manila.

i think this article should be merged with the article of south luzon expressway, as the skyway is a part of the SLExAkosikupal 03:49, 3 March 2007 (UTC)
