I removed this inline comment: "[Something wrong here--cysteine residues do not have a free amino group (unless it's at the end of the protein, just as with any amino acid)]" and took out the reference to cysteine as part of the process of producing AGE's. John Duncan 12:21, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
