Metropolis is a monthly magazine about architecture and design, with a focus on sustainability. It is based in New York and has been published since 1981, with the current print circulation around 57,000[1]. The magazine was nominated for a 2006 National Magazine Award in the 100,000-and-under circulation category for General Excellence.
