Metro Naga

Metro Naga is a fast-growing area composed of 12 municipalities and Naga City^[1] belonging to the Metro Naga Development Council. The MNDC covers most of 2nd district of the province of Camarines Sur, and part of its 1st, 3rd and 4th districts.
