Metro Claremont is a football (soccer) club formed in 1941 in the northern suburb of Claremont, Hobart, Tasmania. It has range of teams for all ages and genders playing in competitions run by the Football Federation Tasmania. Its teams range from under 7s right through to seniors. The teams colours are yellow and blue.

It's home ground is North Chigwell.

Recently a Metro Claremont junior composite side faced a Gippsland Academy team over two games at North Chigwell. The first played on October, 13 was won by Metro 8-2. On October, 15 Gippsland prevailed 2-1 in a hard fought game. Metro then went over to face the Gippsland academy again except in Morwell. Gippsland prevailed 8-0 and 9-0 while Metro defeated a Morington academy team 5-2.
