Methodius

Several people have been named Methodius:
- Saint Methodius, 9th century Byzantine Greek archbishop of Great Moravia, scholar, the main translator of the Bible into Old Church Slavonic and apostle to the Slavs. Since 1980 he and his brother Saint Cyril have been among the patron saints of Europe.
- Methodius of Olympus, early Church Father
- Methodius I of Constantinople, 9th-century Patriarch of Constantinople
