On June 1, 2006, Rob Halford announced that he would break away from the ill-fated Sanctuary Records and form a new record company, called Metal God Entertainment. With this new record company, the singer did not hesitate using his power and announced that he planned a release for some DVDs that contained footage of his solo outings, including a documentary on his departure from Judas Priest and the forming of Fight, as well as a video recording of his 2001 performance at Rock in Rio III.

With his new record company, Rob has announced many plans for the future. He noted there are several other DVD possibilities as well as more releases from Fight, 2wo, and Halford, but he also pointed out that he wished to produce for many younger metal bands.

Lastly, Rob noted the follow-up to Crucible, entitled Halford IV, will be released under MGE, but will have to be held back until 2007 or later, due to Judas Priest's schedule of writing and recording their Nostradamus concept album.
