This image is presumed to be Fair Use as there are no free versions available to replace it and it is used solely to illustrate the card in the MetroCard article. Displaying an approximate vector reproduction in no way infringes on the sale of MetroCards. Because the value of the card lies in a magnetic strip, the image is not useful for fraud or counterfeiting.
