One is a song by the haevy metal band Metallica. It is about a soldier in the war who gets shelled by a bomb. He loses his sight, speech, hearing, arms, and legs. It is composed by Lars Ulrich, James Hetfield, Jason Newsted, and Kirk Hammett. It is one of Metallica's most famous songs.

Another Metallica's song is Escape. This is the 6th track of Ride The Lightning Album.
