Correction: The first graduating class from Mesa Ridge High School graduated in 1999 NOT 2001. The school is zoned to recieve students from both Fountain, Colorado and the Colorado Springs suburbs of Security and Widefield.

[edit] This sentence makes me sad, considering this is an article about a high school.

"The year 2006-2007 has been a year that sports have turned around in sports."

I don't know what today's schools are putting out, but in my day, we'd certainly be smacked with a ruler if we used grammar so improperly!
