Mesodon is a genus of gastropods, terrestrial snails in the family Polygyridae. It contains the following species:
- Mesodon archeri, Archer's toothed land snail
- Mesodon clenchi, Clench's middle-toothed land snail
- Mesodon jonesianus, Jones' middle-toothed land snail
- Mesodon thryroidus
