Mesocyclops is a genus of crustacean in family Cyclopidae. It contains the following species:

Mesocylcops is used as one form, especially a nontoxic, inexpensive form, of mosquito control. A program using mesocyclops by school children to treat local standing water proved useful in the control of Dengue.
