Talk:Mermaid tears
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Currently, a google search for "mermaid tears" and pollution reveals 84 hits, demonstrating its use on the web. I expect this page will grow with awareness of the aquatic environment. It is a very young entry and I believe it's notability will become apparent with time. I added a reference from 2002 describing its importance and usage in marine research.
Some more hunting seems to reveal a portion of 'mermaid tears' is nurdles. Seems nurdles are from factories, where mermaid tears also includes degraded plastic - encompasing both types of objects.
Maybe this article should be merged with Nurdle? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lfrench (talk • contribs) 05:19, 6 February 2008 (UTC)
