[edit] Merging in Systinet article

[edit] Mercury is an Israeli company

Mercury was an Israeli company until it relocated to Mountain View. Systinet and Mercury are no longer divisions of HP. They formed the basis (with Peregrine) of the HP Software division.

No duh? Or is this only common knowledge in Israel? Would http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3330211,00.html count as a source? --Telecart 15:11, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

Perhaps http://news.netscape.com/story/2006/07/25/hp-to-acquire-mercury-interactive-for-45-billion/ this is better:

"HP announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase Israeli IT management software provider Mercury Interactive for approximately $4.5 billion, through a cash tender offer." (bold mine) --Telecart 15:19, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
