Mertensophryne micranotis is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family. It is found in Kenya and Tanzania. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, moist savanna, and subtropical or tropical moist shrubland.
It is threatened by habitat loss.
