Merrion Road

Merrion Road (Bóthar Mhuirfean in Irish), in Ireland, runs south from Ballsbridge on Dublin's southside to the Merrion Gates, where it becomes the Rock Road.

Landmarks on Merrion Road include:

• The former Masonic Girls School, (now Bewley's Hotel)
• The Royal Dublin Society (RDS)
• The Allied Irish Banks (AIB) bankcentre
• St. Vincent’s University Hospital

It intersects Ailesbury Road near the latters eastern end, as it also intersects Nutley Lane at the latters' eastern end. Serpentine Avenue meets it at the western end of the avenue, at the headquarters of Allied Irish Banks, near the RDS.
