Mermon Parwin (Persian:پروین), born as Khadidja Ziai, daughter of Sardar Mohamamad Rahim Ziai and Bibi Koh, was a Tajik singer of Afghanistan. In 1951, she was the first female singer of Afghanistan to gain renown for singing live on Radio Afghanistan.
Parwin supported the Afghan Scout Association, sang Scout songs and appeared several times in the pavilion of the Scout organization.
