Meritas LLC is a portfolio company of Sterling Capital Partners LLC and was established to build an international network of kindergarten through 12th (“K-12”) grade college praparatory schools. It is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Sterling Capital Partners is a private equity firm based in [[Chicago}}, Illinois, with total assets under management of US$1.2 billion.
