Merijn Bellekom is a Dutch programmer and anti-spyware specialist. He currently has an MSc in Chemistry and is working on an MSc in Information Science at Utrecht University. He wrote Hijack This, and when it became obvious that he could not maintain it and keep up his courses at Utrecht University in the Netherlands he sold it to Trend Micro. He has also written KazaaBeGone, CWShredder, and other programs.
