Merenhouse

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Merenhouse is a style of music developed in the US and Latin America by groups such as Proyecto Uno, Fulanito, Ilegales, Sandy y Papo, Sancocho and Zona 7. It mixes merengue, hip hop and house music, taking mainly rap vocals from hip hop and other musical elements from house music and merengue. Reggaeton pioneer El General has experimented with the genre on songs such as "Caramelo".
