El canto de Merdeces Sur se encuentra ubicada al Oeste de San Jorge, con no mas de 1000 personas en su totalidad, la cual tambien es conocida por la gente joven la "Capital del Mundo" o "Mercedes Surf", o el triangulo de Mercedes Sur, en el cual se puede ver una capilla con una imagen del la Virgen Maria.
