Mercedes Homes is a home building company headquartered in Melbourne, Florida. Mercedes Homes was founded in 1983 and currently builds new homes and communities throughout Florida, Texas, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
Mercedes Homes was established by Howard Buescher and his daughter Susan Girard. Mercedes Homes was named after Mr. Buescher's wife, Mercedes, and his other children quickly followed him into the business. Today, five of them lead the 100% employee-owned company that has now built homes for over 40,000 families.
