Mercédesz Stieber (born September 4, 1974 in Budapest) is a female water polo player from Hungary, who competed for her native country at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece.
She played professional water polo for Honvéd, OSC, Szentes (Hungary), Gifa Palermo, and Geymonat Orizzonte Catania (Italy). Stieber twice won the European title with the Hungary Women's National Team (1991 and 2001).
