[edit] Regarding Notability

{{helpme}} This article was requested. That's the only reason I created it. Doesn't a requested article reach the notability requirements?

Not necessarily. Article requests can be made by any editor, and are therefore subject to the same notability determination as if the editor wrote the article himself. As far as I'm aware, nobody "polices" the list to make sure the requests are acceptable. You may be thiking of WP:MISSING, which is a list of subjects that have been deemed "worthy of an encyclopedia". Don't be discouraged by the notability tag. If you feel the article is indeed note-worthy, you may want to add some verbage to support it. Hoof Hearted (talk) 17:56, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
