The Mentawai Web Framework is an opensource 100% Java MVC framework that is easy to use and has no XML configurations. Its configuration is programatic and the framework is built on interfaces. Some of the features it offers is sending email, internationalization, file uploading, custom tags, dynamic lists and dynamic messages.
