Menma (メンマ or 麺麻 or 麺碼?) is a Japanese condiment made from dried bamboo. It is a common topping for noodle soup and ramen.

Menma is also known as shinachiku (シナチク), but this term is now being phased out due to the negative connotations of the word Shina.
