Menitrazepam is a drug which is a benzodiazepine derivative. It is similar in structure to tetrazepam and nimetazepam, with the 7-chloro group of tetrazepam replaced by nitro. Presumably it has sedative and anxiolytic actions like those of other benzodiazepines.
