This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (bingo99) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• it is a low resolution still of a book cover;
• it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the book in any way;
• it allows for identification of a script book under discussion;
• it illustrates the script book discussed in the article
• it illustrates the book in question and aids commentary on the plot outline.
• There is no free equivalent
• Meets general Wikipedia content requirements and is encyclopedic.
• Copyright is attributed
• It significantly increases readers understanding of the topic. It's omission would be detrimental to that understanding.
• As few non-free content uses as possible are included in the article
• It is only available in a page where the book it is from is under discussion
