This is a list of members of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 1973 to 1976:
- 1 Goulburn NCP MLA Ron Brewer resigned on April 14, 1974. He contested and won the subsequent by-election on July 20 as the NCP candidate.
- 2 The election of Coogee Liberal MLA Ross Freeman was voided by the Court of Disputed Returns on May 23, 1974. ALP candidate Michael Cleary won the subsequent by-election on July 20.
- 3 Pittwater Liberal MLA and Premier Robert Askin resigned on January 3, 1975. Liberal candidate Bruce Webster won the subsequent by-election in early 1975 on February 8.
- 4 Lane Cove Liberal MLA and Attorney-General Ken McCaw resigned on January 3, 1975. Liberal candidate John Dowd won the subsequent by-election on February 8.
- 5 Wagga Wagga Liberal MLA Wal Fife resigned on October 15, 1975 in order to contest the seat of Farrer at the 1975 federal election. Liberal candidate Joe Schipp won the subsequent by-election on December 6.
- 6 Orange NCP MLA and Deputy Premier Charles Cutler resigned on December 16, 1975. NCP candidate Garry West won the subsequent by-election on February 14, 1976.
- 7 Monaro Liberal MLA Steve Mauger resigned on January 27, 1976. A by-election was initially called, but this was subsequently cancelled in favour of an early general election.
