[edit] Single user login?

Hi there, have your heard about single user login yet? and anticipating your answer/question, well single user login is a system so that you can have single user name across every wikimedia project, so thats all the various language versions of wikipedia, commons, wikibooks, wikitionairy, wikinews and all the rest., so basically once you create a single user account you will never need to create another account on wikipedia every again, which as you can guess is quite useful.

Anticipating your next question, go to my preferences in the top right, and once your in my preferences click on the link under global account status and follow the instructions to complete single user login.

A few things you be wary of, if you have accounts on other wikipedia projects such as an account on the malay wikipedia for example, with a different name to this one, you should change its name to Mellie or vice versa.

Also one thing you might want to bear in mind is that other people may have the name mellie on other wikipedia's, there are people on the Japanese and Spanish wikipedia's named Kerotan but aren't actually me, and if this is the case drop me a line and I will help sort it out.--Kerotan-^{Have a nice day :)} 13:44, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
